I am very pleased with this purchase. The fryer is just the right size. Cooked chicken drummettes and they were fried to perfection; they were crispy and not greasy. I was able to remove the oil and filter it without any trouble and cleanup is easy too. Highly recommended.

This fryer has a classy black appearance that is stylish and modern in design and looks great in a variety of kitchens. It uses an enameled, non-stick bowl, which can hold up to approximately three liters of oil and is adjustable using a thermostat and timer. The exterior remains cool to the touch to help prevent painful burns, and the lid can lock shut as a safety precaution. This electric deep fryer is perfect for foods such as fish, poultry and other meats. It also completely dismantles for cleaning in the dishwasher, compliments of the Magiclean system.
