I HAVE PURCHASED MORE THAN ONE OF THESE -EMERIL HARD ANDONIZED 8 AND 12 INCH SETS--FOR GIFTS---AFTER USING A SET FOR MYSELF--THEY ARE EXTREMELY DURABLE--FOOD WILL NOT STICK---GREAT SHAPE AND BALANCE TO THEM---I AM COMPLETELY "SOLD " ON THE HARD ANODNIZED INTERIOR. DON'T PUT THEM IN THE DISHWASHER--AND BEST TO USE WOODEN OR PLASTIC TOOLS. AT FIRST I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT IT SAYS TO NOT USE COOKING SPRAY ON THEM---BUT GUESS WHAT---YOU DON'T EVEN NEED IT !!! Emeril Hard Anodized Nonstick 8-Inch and 12-Inch Fry Pan Set THE HANDLES ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE INDIVIDUAL PIECES BUT AT THE PRICE YOU CAN'T BEAT THESE.EASIEST CLEAN UP I'VE EVER HAD--THANKS AMAZON FOR OFFERING THIS GREAT DEAL.
