I just love the different kitchen utensils that I now own from this line. The handles are just great, easy to hold, and they seem to work great for any size hand. My husband, and even my 9 year old daughter has used these with ease. When using with non stick cookware, there has been no problem at all with any scratching. Emeril, you out did your self on these.. Great value!! I highly recommend...

You might want to make sure brown gravies and tomato-based liquids wouldn't leave any lasting impressions, and you might even think to make it good-looking. Leave it to Emeril to create just such a spoon!This nonstick serving spoon bears the signature of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse (Bam!) on a shiny stainless-steel plate inset into its handle. It has all the quality and convenient design features you would expect from Emeril, is safe for use with any cookware, and won't harm a nonstick cooking surface. Contoured to fit the hand snugly, the handle is soft, nonslip rubber and has a hole in its end for hanging on a hook or peg. The big, 4-inch-long oval head is slotted for serving corn, beans, and other foods cooked in liquid. Heat-resistant to 400 degrees F so it won't melt, the spoon measures 14-1/2 inches long to keep hands away from heat. For convenience, it's also dishwasher-safe. --Fred Brack
