I just ordered this item because I was sick of not being able to make a rue in my new nonstick Emeril pans since I didn't have a wisk like this. Well, am I ever sold on these Emeril products! This thing is fantastic! It's extremely flexible and bendable so you get these really light and airy rues or whatever else you may be making. I'm so glad I FINALLY got one of these - this thing sure has made life a bunch easier in my house. Highly Recommend!

You might want to make sure chocolate and other staining liquids such as egg yolks wouldn't leave any lasting impressions, and you might even think to make it good-looking. Leave it to Emeril to create just such a whisk!This big nonstick balloon whisk bears the signature of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse (Bam!) on a shiny stainless-steel plate inset into its handle, and it has all the quality and convenient design features you would expect from Emeril. It's safe for use with any cookware and won't harm a nonstick cooking surface. Contoured to fit the hand snugly, the handle is soft, nonslip rubber and has a hole in its end for hanging on a hook or peg. The big head is flexible to blend sauces and whip cream and egg whites. Heat-resistant to 400 degrees F so it won't melt, the whisk measures 13 inches long to keep your hands away from heat when blending sauces in a hot pan.
