My wife and I are huge Emeril Lagasse fans. We've eaten at his restaurants in Las Vegas ans Orlando. So when we heard All-Clad was introducing Emerilware, it was a no-brainer; we had to get it. Emerilware is not only a very high quality set of cookware, it is beautiful! We love the "lipped" edges of the saucepans;; they make pouring so much less messy!I highly recommend purchasing Emerilware and treat yourself to one of his fantastic cookbooks as well (I recommend the "New" New Orleans cookbook!)
